► Hero - A-Rod
► Goat - Hard to pick a goat in a one run game. Okajima? Papelbon? Beckett? In my opinion none of these were really goats, so I am chickening out and saying WEATHER. Without the rain and the wind I think the Sox would have held on and won.
Game thoughts
Beckett and Pettitte pitched well enough to have won this game, instead both got a no decision. Turning point of the game in my opinion was the catch made by Abreu in the bottom of the eighth. If that had fell in Okajima would probably had his second win of the week.
